In August of 2007, Shin Japanese Cuisine was originally started in the North Quarter Downtown Orlando District near beautiful Lake Ivanhoe by four Japanese chefs.
Passed on ownership to just two remaining original Chefs their vision and skills were brought to life with blends Japanese kitchen traditions to create a menu of exquisite seafood, a large selections of sushi, our perfect sushi rice, and small plate classics that deliver bold, fresh flavors.
A heart winning, word-of-mouth favorite among locals and visitors alike. With Sushi and Japanese cuisine at our hearts, it’s in the name!
2007年の開店以来、そして厳しいコロナ禍を経て今に至れておりますのは、常日頃ご贔屓頂いております地元の方々、見つけて頂き遠路足を運んで下さった皆様のお陰だと大変感謝しております。
仕入れ先との長年の良きお付き合いのお陰もあり、良い品を出来る限りのお値段で提供出来るようにと日々心掛けております。
開店当時に主流だった、いわゆるアメリカの巻き物は未だ人気ですが、刺身、握り寿司を筆頭に、各種おつまみ類、天麩羅、ラーメン、カレーライスと幅広いメニューでお待ちしております。
敷居の低いカジュアルな店という位置付けで、これからも親しんでご来店頂ければ幸いです。
