In August of 2007, Shin Japanese Cuisine was originally started in the North Quarter Downtown Orlando District near beautiful Lake Ivanhoe by four Japanese chefs.
Passed on ownership to just two remaining original Chefs their vision and skills were brought to life with blends Japanese kitchen traditions to create a menu of exquisite seafood, a large selections of sushi, our perfect sushi rice, and small plate classics that deliver bold, fresh flavors.
